Senior UX designer on demand

No recruitment, No permanent overhead, No onboarding

Whether your team is at capacity, you're spinning up a new workstream, or you need an outside perspective on a complicated problem - we step in and get started straight away. Async-first, Figma-specialist, Ai-assisted, and integrated into however your team operates.

When teams bring us in

At capacity

Your designers are stretched. A project can't wait. We pick up the overflow without disrupting the team.

No permanent hire yet

You need senior UX output now, not in three months when a hire clears probation.

New or side projects

A separate workstream, a pilot, an internal tool — scoped work that sits outside the core team's sprint.

We fit around how you already work

Async by default

Tasks come in via Notion: description, assets, context. No standing meetings unless required.

Figma specialist

Everything delivered in Figma. Components, flows, prototypes, annotations — handed off clean and ready for your devs.

One task at a time, fast

One active task in production at a time, delivered in 1–3 days. Your backlog stays queued and prioritised however you need it.

What we work on

Send us the brief, a task in Notion, the Loom, or the idea in an email. We'll work with whatever level of definition you have.

UX concepts

UX concepts

From a problem statement to structured design thinking, concepts that map user needs to business outcomes, ready to review with stakeholders.

Wireframes

Wireframes

Low-fidelity layouts that establish structure and flow before anyone writes a line of code.

Interactive prototypes

Interactive prototypes

Clickable Figma or HTML prototypes for user testing, stakeholder sign-off, or dev alignment. Updated iteratively based on feedback.

Interaction design

Interaction design

States, transitions, micro-interactions, edge cases. The detailed work that polishes the end product.

UI design

UI design

Production-ready UI that fits your design system, or helps you build one. Consistent, accessible, and handed off in a format your developers can use.

Iterative improvements

Iterative improvements

Refinements based on analytics, user feedback, or QA. We stay in the loop and keep the product moving forward.

How it works

Choose a plan and get set up

Pick Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly. We set up your Notion board the same day — invite your team, your PM, your devs, whoever needs visibility.

Get started straight away

As soon as you have access you can start adding tasks, upload a text, audio, or screen recording of what you want. Attach any assets, images, and copy needed. We'll ask questions if we need to.

Review, feedback, ship

Deliverables are provided in Figma, functioning HTML or whatever has been agreed. Comment, iterate, and mark done. One active task at a time, 1–3 day turnaround. Queue the next one and keep moving.

Prefer to talk something through first? Flag it in the task and we'll jump on a short call — Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams, whichever your team uses.

Pricing

All plans include the same services. No locked features, no tier-based limitations — just more hours and a better rate as you commit longer.

Questions

  • How quickly can we get started?

Same week in most cases. Once your plan is confirmed, we set up your Notion board and you can start submitting tasks straight away.

  • How do we submit tasks?

Add a task to your allocated Notion board for your team, add a written brief, Loom recording, or a Figma link with annotations. We work with what you have and ask questions if we need more context.

  • One task at a time — is that a problem for a busy team?

Most teams find it works well because it forces prioritisation. You can queue as many tasks as you like — just order them by priority. If you need parallel workstreams, you can hold multiple active subscriptions.

  • How does pausing work?

Monthly subscriptions can be paused at any time. Any remaining working days are held for up to six months, resume exactly where you left off. Quarterly subscriptions run for the full quarter; you can cancel at the end of any quarter. Weekly plans are pay-as-you-go, no pause needed.

  • What if a task is bigger than expected?

We'll flag it early. Larger tasks get broken into smaller deliverables so you're seeing progress and can course-correct as we go.

  • Do you work within an existing design system?

Yes. Share your Figma file, component library, or brand guidelines and we'll work within them. If you're building a system, we can help establish or extend it.

  • Can we include you in team standups or sprint reviews?

Generally we're async by default, but you can book us in for a call when they add value.

  • How is this different from your Monthly Service Plans?

The UX Subscription is pure UX and UI design output for product teams, digital products, and web apps. Monthly Service Plans are broader website support, maintenance, fixes, and improvements for businesses managing a marketing site. If you're running a product team, you're in the right place.
